QIQI provides a long-lasting transformation of unmanageable, unruly and frizzy hair into perfectly smooth, soft and manageable hair.

Qiqi Treatment uses a 100% formaldehyde-free solution. This means it's non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and irritation-free. It also preserves the health of your hair long-term – in other words, your hair will fall back in love with you.

Qiqi smooth the hair's surface, reducing frizz and increasing shine making hair more manageable and easier to style. Please book a consulation to determine if a Qiqi treatment is suitable for your hair type and desired outcome.

TERMS OF SERVICE

We understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up. To ensure fairness to all our clients and our talented stylists, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee.
The fee will be the greater of 20% of the reserved services or $40.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in us being unable to accommodate you for the full service. In this case, the cancellation fee will still apply. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.

Payment & Fees

If you used a credit card to book your appointment, cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may waive or partially waive your cancellation fee and apply it towards a future service.
